Special Projects Duggal Creative Workstation Working with OEM's, intergrated a PC based system for photographers to "go digital". Worked closely with Adobe beta testing Photoshop since our system was more advanced than their inhouse ones. I programmed a visual scan requirement estimator. The entire system ,from the Kurta tablet to monitor to trackball, was manufactured in black to minimize distracting reflections to the operator. Images Online Flashpix based online stock photography service, introduced at press confrence by John Scully At PhotoExpo 1998, demonstrated compositing 50 meg files, in a browser over a dialup connection. Online system intergrated with inhouse Digital Asset Management, based on Archetype/Bitstream/Inso's Mediabank running on SGI. I modified it to work with Xinet's OPI, and programmed a client app which ensured properly created job folders on the server.
